To remain compliant with RULONA, the $5 notary fee per notarized signature is separate from our administrative and travel charges. Our listed rate reflects our professional time, scheduling, coordination with your real estate or legal team, and travel within Allegheny, Westmoreland, and Armstrong Counties, in addition to the statutory notary fees.
Because deed execution is often tied to closing dates, estate administration, or financing deadlines, we make available optional Same Day Service, After Hours, Weekends, and Major Holidays enhancements. These add-ons offer flexibility when multiple parties must sign in different locations or when a recording deadline is approaching.
