Our Acknowledgment Notarization service is tailored for documents where the signer must formally confirm that a signature is theirs and that it was made willingly. At the appointment, we verify your identity, confirm your understanding and willingness regarding the document, and then complete the acknowledgment certificate and apply our seal. You may sign in front of us or appear to acknowledge a previously placed signature, depending on the document's requirements.
In accordance with Pennsylvania regulations, we charge a Notary Fee of $5 per notarized signature. Alongside that, an Administrative/Travel Fee covers our travel to you, time reserved for your appointment, and the professional handling of your documents. If multiple acknowledgments are needed during the same visit, we will clarify how the fees apply so you can plan accordingly.
Because acknowledgments often support time‑sensitive filings or closings, we offer flexible scheduling to help keep your timeline on track. Subject to availability, we may provide evening, weekend, or expedited appointments for an additional add‑on fee. For certain acknowledgment‑eligible documents, secure remote online notarization can also be an efficient option, combining identity verification, audio‑video records, and digital certificates.
