Our Certified Copy Notarization service is ideal when you must present copies of important records, but prefer to keep the originals safely in your possession. We assist with a wide range of documents - such as financial statements, personal records, and other key paperwork - by carefully comparing copies to originals and completing the appropriate notarial certificate where allowed by Pennsylvania law.

We travel to your location so you can gather sensitive originals in one secure place, rather than transporting them from office to office. At the appointment, we review the documents, confirm your identity, and follow the proper procedure for certifying copies when permitted. If certain records cannot be certified under state rules, we explain your options clearly before proceeding.

Our fees are structured with transparency. We must, by law, charge a Notary Fee of $5 per notarized signature. In addition, we assess an Administrative/Travel Fee that covers our travel time, scheduling, and on‑site professional service. If you have multiple copies to certify, we can usually address them in the same visit, and we will outline how fees apply across the set.

This service is particularly valuable when agencies, schools, or financial institutions ask for certified copies rather than originals, or when family members need duplicates for coordinated planning. When appropriate and legally compliant, we may also provide secure remote online notarization options for certain copy certifications, combining convenience with robust identity checks and digital records.
